In TAMK, the degree programme in Environmental Engineering and the degree programme in Media use discretionary admission procedure in special cases (harkinnanvarainen valinta).

This means that also applicants who do not have the required language certificate or educational background may be invited to the entrance exam if the programme considers them to be well-qualified in other ways.

Applicants without the required language certificate or educational background must contact Admissions Office during the application period for further instructions.

The admission of the applicants applying via discretionary admission is based on the result of the entrance exam alone.
